When it comes to building a team and working towards ambitious goals, you can't find any better than Ariel. She is highly organized, innately strategic, infinitely curious, a thoughtful mentor, an inspired collaborator, and the kindest person in the room (or Zoom) at all times. And that's all before you realize how incredible a writer she is. Ariel for president, basically. I highly recommend both the person and the professional.
